- I still own certain rights over your commission. That means I can post the art on social media or use it for self promotional content (I will mention you as the commissioner unless you wish to remain anonymous) and Art commissions may be sold to the public with your EXPRESSED approval.Physical Commissions (Keychains, Stickers, Standees, Etc;) are private commissions which are for personal use only. That means that it cannot be: Redistributed, Mass produced, and/or Sold without consent from the commissioner and myself. At this time I am not selling commercial rights/distribution commissions.If you wish to use the art I made for crowd funding or raising funds, please ask me first for direct approval!I do not give any permission or consent for my art to be used as NFTs. If at any point during the commission process, I find it will be used as NFTs, I will be blocking all communication, voiding the art, and no refunds will be given as it would be used as collateral for wasting my time.Please be aware that I am a queer artist and do not tolerate the following:
Fascism, Nazism, Racism, LGBTQ+Phobia, Body shaming, Proshipping, Pedophilia, Zoophilia...etc
I will refuse service if I believe any of these terms are associated with you and your socials; you will be blocked and denied services.Pricing and Refunds- Once quote has been accepted please provide a clear and legible reference of your character(s) and add any additional references that may be needed for your request.
- I will allow up to three edits throughout the process of the commission; After the third edit, extra charges may apply at my discretion.- Price may flux depending on complexity and all payments will be done through Paypal and CashApp.- If a commission is cancelled before completion, you DO NOT have permission to use any WIPs sent. If you do use WIPs after a refund is given, you will be charged FULL PRICE along with a extra $200 fee. This is non-negotiable. This is considered theft.- No refunds will be done after the lining stage. If you wish to cancel the commission after the sketch has been sent, you will be refunded half the price.- I can deny to do any more work and refuse a refund on the commission itself if any of the below listed reasons are met:a. Harassment (aggressive messages, using personal information to hurt me or threatening defamation, Sexual advances verbal or physical.)b. Stalking behavior (Block evading, Using VPN to access socials, Messaging outside parties for information regarding myself and Socials I frequent, Persistent messaging, Vague posting, Manipulative behaviors, Nonconsenting NSFW gifts either physical or digital.)c. Verbal abuse or threatening physical abuse
